How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped same day if received by 5:00 pm EST. All orders are shipped using FedEx Express Ground; if you need expedited shipping or have a question about transit times please contact us.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not have a staff to accommodate customer pickups and ship from multiple warehouses across the country. Don’t forget every item you purchase from OEM Wheels & Rims in continental US is shipped for free.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently we are only able to serve the Continental Unites States and limited Canada shipments. Please contact us for quotes and questions.
Do you ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes?
Sorry you must have a physical shipping address to receive product. Our preferred shipper does not deliver to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
What types of payment do you accept?

What do your product descriptions stand for?
Recon – “RECON” stands for “Reconditioned”. A RECON wheel is an OEM wheel that has gone through multiple processes to return the wheel to NEW condition quality. Extra care has been taken to ensure the quality of finish and wheel condition matches the original precisely.
Used - A USED part has been previously mounted on a vehicle and has since been tested and inspected for any defects. Cosmetically the part will show some minor wear.
Used, Grade B – A USED GRADE B part has been previously mounted and driven on a vehicle. The USED B Grade part has been tested and inspected for any defects. Expect to see three to five cosmetic blemishes. Great economic value!
Used, Grade A – A USED GRADE A part has been previously mounted and driven on a vehicle and has since been tested and inspected for any defects. Expect see one or two cosmetic blemishes.
New – NEW product is defined as a brand new original equipment part and has never been mounted or driven on a vehicle.
OE Replace – Original Equipment Replacement wheel is a new wheel that has never been mounted or driven on a vehicle. This OE Replacement wheel will match the finish, style and specification of the corresponding/matching OEM wheel but will not have an OE part number stamped on it.
Winter Wheel – A Winter Wheel is brand new steel which has never been mounted or driven on a vehicle. This wheel is designed to fit the specifications of your vehicle but is not guaranteed to fit the matching OEM wheel cover or hubcap. Best buy offering savings for winter change over wheels or full size spare wheels.
Replica – REPLICA applies to hubcaps/wheel cover only. These products are brand new and have never been mounted or driven on a vehicle. Part will look almost identical to the matching OE wheel cover but will not have the manufacture emblem.
What does "OEM" stand for?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. This is the manufacturer or company that made the new parts when your vehicle was built. There is a big difference between OEM wheels, aftermarket wheels and replica wheels.
What does "Recon" stand for?
Reconditioned, this implies that the product has been completely refinished. This is completed using multiple processes that include, but are not limited to, inspection for trueness, stripping of paint and clear coat, repainting to match OEM color, CNC lathe cutting, and application of a final durable clear-coat.
Will a "Used" Wheel work well on my vehicle?
Absolutely! OEM Wheels & Rims inspects our used product to guarantee trueness. Our used product depending if it is a “Grade A” or “Grade B” will only have cosmetic imperfections, and nothing that would affect the performance or ride.
How can I confirm the size of my wheel?
The size is stamped on the sidewall of your tire next to the “R” 205/55 R17indicates that you have a 17” wheel. For more detailed information click here.
